Good news for Southampton!

A new Diagnostic Centre will be opened at the Royal South Hants Hospital Southampton. This new centre will provide services including MRI, ultrasound, plain film, ECHO, ECG, lung function, ENT and phlebotomy tests. Once fully operational, the new centre will deliver an extra 43,647 tests, checks and scans a year.

Getting your health checked and making this convenient and quick, is vitally important and I am hopeful this new centre will improve access to tests and diagnosis for Southampton residents.

I am always pleased to see investment in our health service in Southampton, but I will continue to push for more investment and better access and service.
