Too many pensioners are still not receiving all the support available to them. Pension Credit provides a vital income ‘top up’ for some pensioners – worth more than £3,500 on average.

A claim for Pension Credit can be backdated up to three months, provided the entitlement conditions are met throughout that time. If you apply before 18th December, you would also be entitled to the second Cost of Living payment.
