This is an interesting take on the air quality debate. Southampton City Council has made it clear they want to introduce a congestion charge which includes cars in their Local Transport Plan (page 57). This approach is wrong and it’s time the council scrapped it and started working with everyone to find a workable solution that won’t trash our economy and risk jobs and livelihoods.
