Do you know a community group that might benefit from funding for energy related improvements or activities?
E.On have reopened its Energising Communities Fund and is seeking applications. Groups and charities can apply for funding up to £2,000 which can cover the full or partial cost of energy-related improvements and activities.
Since launching the fund in 2013, E.On have distributed over £140,000 to almost 85 community groups nationwide to fund energy-related projects. Heating bills can account for a large part of the running costs for a community group or charity so their need to become energy efficient and save on costs is really important. Through this fund they hope to assist these groups and charities to become more sustainable and begin to lower these costs.
To be eligible for funding, organisations must submit a request by midnight on Monday 29th January 2018. For full terms and conditions of this opportunity please ensure groups click here to find out more.
