Only 5-15% of all scams are reported. Reporting helps to inform the work of advice and enforcement agencies and helps to prevent future scams.
Scams are becoming increasingly sophisticated and we need to be more aware of this. It is important to talk about scams and not be ashamed when caught out by a scam.
