Hi Royston and Team, Why are we not here like Germany ‘s speed limits? So much more sensible; most built up areas are = to 20 mph, with on the spot fines for those exceeding this. We look forward to a high speed Rail Link from Southampton to Heathrow and visa versa, Thank You for your campaigning & work in this area. Lorna.
