I had the opportunity recently to visit the Watermark West Quay development and see how the building work was progressing. It looks to be a fantastic development which will greatly add to the city centre experience for visitors and local residents alike. Featuring a cinema, bowling alley and dozens of restaurants, as well as first class public realm, it will open later this year. It will also provide hundreds of jobs. Great news for our city!
