I have joined the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme which aims to give Members of Parliament a better understanding of the military. Although it is some years since I served in the RAF, it felt a bit like returning home! The scheme offers a mixture of basic military experiences and higher level defence discussions. Very insightful. Thank you to those who run and organise the scheme.
