The Palace of Westminster is an amazing building with a rich history.

You may have heard, in recent reports, that a series of structural works are required to make the Palace fit for the 21st century. The time has now come for the 157 year old world famous clock tower Big Ben to be repaired.

Therefore from 2017, Big Ben tours will be out of action for the next three years. If you and your family would like to tour the tower before it closes at the end of this year please get in contact with Alex in my Westminster office (alex.evelyn@parliament.uk) and he will do his best to obtain tickets. As you can imagine many people will want to tour the tower before it is out of action and therefore I cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be successful. I will however do my very best.
